Stupid Texas and it's Stupid Allergens

Great chart. All those other pollens pale in significance to the cedar.

The cedar is huge, Katina - but it's the brown "mold" bar going across the entire chart that I hate!

I let an existing six-foot Nandina remain near our side fence, Katina, compromising by cutting off the flowers and any stray berries. My neighborhood is so solid with nandinas and huge ligustrums that the removal of my shrub would have minimal positive impact on the environment but have maximum negative impact on my need for privacy.

In a dappled shade area I've had luck with Southern Wax Myrtles in large containers. (Can't put them in the ground there because of underground electric wires.)

I feel like I'm dying here. The cedar pollon didn't start to bother me until I hit fifty. Now it really tears meuiop. Oops, my fingers slipped on all the nasal drippage on my key board.
